Acting on behalf of a private investor, MK2 have successfully advised on Units 3-8 Witton Park Industrial Estate which was let to a single tenant.
The property comprises six units extending to 33,153 sq ft and is let and occupied in its entirety by Hauck Heat Treatment Limited who had a rent review on 31 December 2018. MK2 negotiated a 26% increase across the six units.
Following successful completion of the rent review, MK2's investment team were then instructed to dispose of the asset.
