Rhodium, Blythe Valley Park

MK2 has delivered upgrade works to two office suites at Frasers Property’s Rhodium office development at Blythe Valley Park, Solihull.

The works include Cat A fit-outs on the ground and first floors of the building and new air conditioning and lighting throughout.

Ian Wilton, who heads MK2’s building consultancy team, said: “Frasers is investing to improve energy efficiency at this prime asset, as both landlords and occupiers seek to boost their sustainability credentials.”
