MK2’s building consultancy team is advising IM Properties on upgrades to its Fore 2 office development at Fore Business Park, Solihull.

IM, one of the UK’s largest privately owned property companies, has ambitious plans to ensure its portfolio is Net-Zero by 2030.

Phase I works at Fore 2, comprising the refurbishment of the third floor-  including new VRV and intelligent LED lighting system to improve the EPC ratings - have been completed. Further works, on the ground floor, have now commenced and include A/C replacement works and a new intelligent LED lighting system. The upgrades have been undertaken while occupiers BAM and CoreLogic remain within the building.
