Lease regear: Acting on behalf of GULF Ventures, MK2 Real Estate have advised on the regear of an existing lease on a 122,000 sq ft modern distribution warehouse occupied by Micheldever Tyres. Originally instructed to deal with a 2014 rent review, MK2 identified the opportunity to extend the lease by 6 years and secured a £60,000 pa rental increase.
