In conjunction with Winstone Private Capital, MK2 Real Estate has jointly advised Henley Property Investments on the acquisition of the Peugeot Motor Company Parts Distribution facility at Tile Hill, Coventry.
Peugeot agreed a 14 year 9 month lease on the 618,442 sq ft complex at a rent of £1,350,000 per annum equating to £2.18 per sq ft. The price paid was in excess of £14,000,000 reflecting a net initial yield of around 9%.
