MK2 Real Estate have successfully advised Hinton Properties on the sale of a freehold retail unit located on the High Street of Henley in Arden.

The ground floor is let to Costa Coffee on a new 10 year lease at an initial rent of £28,000 pa. The upper floors have been converted to residential apartments.

The property was sold to a private investor for a price of £465,000, which reflects a net initial yield of 5.89%.
