Acting on behalf of the landlord, Weselyan Assurance Society, MK2 dealt with the October 2018 rent review on a 40,000 sqft solus retail warehouse let to Wickes. A revised rent of £346,000 pa was agreed which represented a 21% increase on the passing rent.
