Acting on behalf of the tenant, Toolstation Limited, MK2 dealt with the October 2018 rent review on a 141,000 sqft distribution warehouse.  MK2 were brought in when the landlord referred the matter to arbitration and were able to secure a negotiated settlement at a figure below the landlord’s agent’s calderbank.
