Rebecca joined MK2 Real Estate in November 2024 as a Client Accountant, bringing over 20 years of experience in property management accounts and client accounting.

She has developed broad expertise across all areas of property finance, including purchase and sales ledger, credit control, reconciliations, and budget management. Her experience spans residential, commercial, and mixed-use portfolios, with a strong focus on year-end service charge processes, landlord recharges, and building insurance.

At MK2, Rebecca is responsible for preparing client statements, VAT reporting, managing queries, raising rent and service charge demands, and ensuring financial accuracy through regular reconciliations.

Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys walking, gardening, attending the theatre and concerts, travelling, watching football, and staying active at the gym. She also values time with friends, family, and her two daughters when she’s not busy renovating her home.
