Paul joined MK2 Real Estate in 2014 and has over 30 years experience in the commercial property market. Based in Birmingham for his entire career, Paul previously worked for GBR Phoenix Beard, Bruton Knowles, Fuller Peiser and BNP Paribas Real Estate where latterly he was head of the Birmingham office.

Paul specialises in rent reviews and lease renewals and provides strategic advice surrounding leases. He is a skilled valuer and negotiator with experience in providing expert evidence to arbitration and court hearings. He has particular expertise in the logistics market and regularly deals with distribution warehouses in excess of 100,000 sq ft throughout the UK for both owners and occupiers.

Paul is married with two children. He is a keen golfer and an avid fan of AFC Bournemouth whom he regularly follows across the country.
