Paul joined MK2 Building Consultancy team in June 2022 as Senior Building Surveyor. Paul has a broad knowledge of the built environment having gained over 30 years of experience within the sector including dilapidation claims, project management, schedule of condition surveys, fire insurance valuation reports and acquisition due diligence surveys. He has a good knowledge of the practical issues of the built environment having spent the early part of his career directly involved within the construction industry.
