Paul joined MK2 in January 2018 as a Facilities Manager to assist in Property Management.

Previously employed as a contracts manager in the construction industry, Paul has seven years’ experience in facilities management with Cushman & Wakefield and Knight Frank.

Paul manages day-to-day tenant and contractor issues where his excellent organisational and communication skills come into play. Paul has in-depth knowledge of all aspects of Health and Safety and Property Management systems.

Paul is married and his interests are playing cricket and supporting his local football team, Birmingham City.
