Oliver joined MK2 in June 2022 as a Director in the Lease Consultancy team. Oliver previously worked for Defence Infrastructure Organisation (MoD Estates), CBRE and Cushman and Wakefield where he acted on behalf of both landlords and occupiers undertaking rent reviews, lease renewals and lease re-gears. Oliver also provides expert evidence across all property sectors in respect of Third Party Awards/Determinations.

Oliver has some 14 years experience of all of the main property assets and provides lease advisory services on logistics/distribution warehouses, large city centre offices, out of town offices and prime retail premises.

Oliver is married with two children and is an increasingly lapsed Birmingham City supporter. He enjoys playing Crown Green Bowls and has represented Warwickshire at a County level and also enjoys the occasional trip to a Public House.
