Lilyann joined the MK2 Real Estate property management team in September 2023 on our Degree Apprenticeship programme. She is studying day release at Birmingham City University on the Chartered Surveyor Apprenticeship (BSc Hons) course, getting an academic grounding in subjects including property law, valuation and materials science; and then learning about the practical application in the workplace.

In her spare time Lilyann loves reading, she also enjoys baking and learning about geology.
