Leyla is an accomplished Facilities Management Professional with over 15 years' experience across a wide range of properties, from commercial offices to retail and industrial sites. She previously worked at Fisher German LLP as a PM, ensuring everything ran smoothly behind the scenes. Before that spent a decade at Lambert Smith Hampton, building strong relationships with clients, tenants, and contractors alike.

With a Masters in management and qualifications, including IOSH Managing Safely and PRINCE2 Foundation, Leyla combines strong technical acumen with a proactive, customer-focused approach. She is especially skilled in health & safety compliance, budget control, and team leadership. 

Layla takes pride in being organised, approachable, and solutions-driven as well as always aiming to bring a bit of calm and clarity to even the busiest days.

She is married with two children and enjoys quality time with her family, friends, practicing yoga, K-dramas and embracing a vegan lifestyle.
