Ian started up MK2 Building Consultancy in 2016 and has over 20 years of experience in the commercial building consultancy market. Previously, Ian worked at CBRE, JLL and GBR Phoenix Beard where he gained extensive exposure within client focussed teams across a broad range of commercial assets.

Ian has excellent experience in commercial property, ranging from hotels, offices, retail and industrial properties. The type of work ranges from dilapidations, refurbishments, new build / extensions, due diligence surveys and fire insurance valuations as well as other aspects of building consultancy.

Ian is married enjoys playing golf, following the Welsh rugby team and walks with his dog.
