Hammad joined the MK2 Building Consultancy team in June 2024 as Senior Building Surveyor. Hammad has more than six years' experience, with a background in public and private sectors, having previously worked for Summers Inman.

Hammad has a broad range of technical skills and knowledge in design and specification and project delivery as a contract administrator/employers’ agent. He also has experience undertaking building/latent defect surveys, planned preventative management (PPMs) and energy improvement works under the MEES Regulations.

In his free time, Hammad enjoys travelling and playing football competitively and with friends.
