Based in Birmingham, Girish has over 30 years' experience in managing commercial property for a variety of institutional clients.

Girish spent 14 years with Wesleyan Assurance Society as Property Clerk/Surveyor assisting with the management of their investment property portfolio. He then spent a few years working with a local General Practice consultancy assisting with all aspects of commercial property management including agency, valuation, some professional work as well as all aspects of lease-end dilapidation work for landlords & tenants.

Girish joins MK2 having spent the last 17 years with Vine Property Management/Fisher German managing various portfolios of commercial property for a number of large institutional clients.

Outside of work, Girish is married with 3 grown up children and enjoys watching many live sports including cricket & football. He supports the Baggies and has been a season ticket holder for many years.
