Gareth joined MK2 in September 2025 having previously headed up the management department at KWB and clocking up over 15 years as a Director at Orbit Property Management. He also has experience in development whilst working for Granite, where he helped build the first generation of trade centres in the early 2000s.

Gareth has represented a wide client base from Local Authorities to charities, foreign funds and many property companies. He is considered an expert in his field and has a keen eye for detail, particularly on complex multi-let sites with service charge.

Gareth is married with two children and enjoys hacking around a golf course and following Blackburn Rovers, when he is not booked up on ‘Dad’s Taxis’.
