Caroline re-joined MK2 in November 2025 as an Associate in the Lease Consultancy Team, after a few years away starting a family and contracting at Network Rail in the Eastern Accommodation Team, specialising in improving workplaces and logistics strategy. 

Caroline has over a decade’s experience in commercial real estate with a focus on Landlord and Tenant matters such as rent reviews, lease renewals and valuations across multiple sectors. 

She is married with one child and loves swimming. Caroline has competed for Great Britain in both Open Water Swimming and Ice Swimming. She also runs a successful outdoor swimming coaching business in the West Midlands.

In her spare time, she will be found in or on the water in her houseboat with her family.
