Alfie joined MK2 team in September 2025 on our Degree Apprenticeship programme. He is studying day release at Birmingham City University on the Chartered Surveyor Apprenticeship (BSc Hons) course, getting an academic grounding in subjects including property law and valuation and then learning about the practical application in the workplace, while becoming a degree apprentice surveyor.

In his spare time, Alfie loves travelling, playing cricket and football.  He is also a season ticket holder at Wolverhampton Wanderers.
