MK2 successfully advised Sharps Bedrooms in relation to the June 2016 rent review in the lease of their 158,000 sqft manufacturing and distribution HQ on Springvale Industrial Park, Bilston. The landlord, Portsmouth City Council proposed an uplift in rent of 42% but following lengthy negotiations, MK2 successfully limited the increase to only 9% equivalent to rental savings of over £250,000 per annum.
