Acting on behalf of Poundland, MK2 advised on the September 2015 rent review on their 250,000 sqft distribution warehouse on Verson Park, Darlaston, West Midlands. The landlord, Logicor, proposed an uplift in rent of 21% but MK2 limited that increase to only 5%, equivalent to a saving of £200,000 from the landlord’s initial proposal.
