MK2 Building Consultancy assisted the client in creating a thorough detailed schedule of condition prior to lease commencement at two small industrial units. Our experience in creating such documents allowed the tenant to restrict its future liabilities. Inspecting the roof with a drone camera, we were able to assess its condition and protect the tenant from any future dilapidations claim. We also prepared a pre-lease assessment report on the condition of the property and confirmed items in disrepair to help with negotiating lease terms with the Landlord.
