Our experience in creating such documents allowed the tenant to restrict its future liabilities. Inspecting the roof with a drone camera, we were able to assess its condition and protect the tenant from any future dilapidations claim. Equally, the information we gained from our visit was highly useful in informing the tenant’s negotiations with the landlord and informing decisions on future fit-out works.
