MK2 Real Estate advised Wesleyan Assurance Society on the sale of a prominent roadside warehouse on Peartree Lane, Dudley.
Travis Perkins acquired the freehold premises for £1.3million deal. The builders’ merchant previously let the property from Wesleyan.
MK2 Real Estate was instructed to sell the asset, which comprises a 15,953 sq ft premises and a 13,993 sq ft yard on a one-acre site.
The sale reflects a net initial yield of 6.34% and a capital value of £81 psf.
