MK2's Building Consultancy team assisted ThyssenKrupp on providing advice when supervising and checking the legitimacy of the proposed repairs by the landlord on a property in Barnsley.

The landlord wished to provide a manufacturer system to the wall and roof profile cladding. MK2 inspected the premises, provided advice on how to engage the landlord and advised if the proposed repairs were suitable. Alongside this, MK2 provided an overview to the client on the likely life of the existing roof and suggested the tenant may wish to engage the landlord on these items.
