The landlord, Portsmouth City Council proposed an uplift in rent of 42% but MK2 successfully limited the increase to 9% equivalent to an annual rental saving of over £250,000.
Acting on behalf of the tenant, Poundland, MK2 advised on the July 2015 rent review on their 307,000 sqft distribution warehouse at Springvale, Bilston. The landlord, Canada Life, proposed an uplift in rent of 12% but Mk2 successfully limited the increase to less than 1%.
