Acting on behalf of the landlord, MK2 advised on the November 2019 lease renewal on a c. 9,600 sq ft trade counter unit let to Speedy Hire on Sotherby Road in Middlesbrough. The lease was renewed for further 10 years with a tenant break option in the 5th year. A 14% rental uplift was achieved.
