Shires Gate Trade Park

MK2 has advised their client on the acquisition of a brand new Trade Park investment on Tachbrook Park Leamington Spa, Warwickshire.

The trade park comprising 5 units and totalling 3,538.48 Sq M (38,088 Sq Ft) is let in its entirety to Travis Perkins for a term of 35 years expiring on a Full Repairing and Insuring Terms with fixed rental increases throughout the lease. Travis Perkins Plc is Guarantor to the Lease.

Travis Perkins are the main operator with Tool Station, Benchmarx, Tile Giant and City Plumbing supplies also present on the park.

The investment was acquired for £6,900,000.
