Acting on behalf of the landlord, LCP, MK2 advised on the October 2019 rent review on a 28,199 sq ft warehouse on Shaw Lane Industrial Estate in Doncaster. A new rent of £116,700 per annum was agreed which reflects an 13% rental increase.
MK2 also advised on the August 2017 rent review on a 42,722 sq ft warehouse on Shaw Lane Industrial Estate in Doncaster. A new rent of £170,000 per annum was agreed which reflects an 26% rental increase.
