MK2 Building Consultancy assisted the client in creating a thorough detailed schedule of condition prior to lease commencement at a large industrial/showroom at Riversway Retail Park in Preston. Our experience in creating such documents allowed the tenant to restrict its future liabilities. Inspecting the roof with a drone camera, we were able to assess its condition and protect the tenant from any future dilapidations claim.
