Pure Gym

Acting on behalf of a private investor, MK2 Real Estate has successfully jointly advised with Bulleys Chartered Surveyors on the sale of a Pure Gym in Dudley.

Extending to 17,862 sq ft the prominent building is let to Pure Gym on a 15 years lease from 8^th December 2014 at a rent of £140,000 pa.  The sale price was £1,700,000 and was acquired by a local private investor.
