MK2 Building Consultancy acted on behalf of a Local Authority to undertake a Technical Due Diligence, including a Fire Insurance Valuation. The property comprises a freestanding office with retail use and gym to ground floor and part first floor, constructed in the mid 1980’s and the area of the building totals circa 80,000 sq ft. MK2 also oversaw the M&E consultants to ensure smooth delivery of the reports. Within 48 hours of inspection an executive summary was issued to the client.
