Acting on behalf of Morgan Sindall MK2 advised on the purchase and sale and leaseback of this regional HQ building in Rugby.
The 34,000 sq ft property was over-rented with a short lease expiry to Morgan Sindall. MK2 arranged a confidential acquisition of the property from the landlord and then simultaneously restructured the lease by reducing the rent and extending the lease term. The restructured investment was then subsequently sold to Schroders for £3,950,000.
