Mill Wharf

Acting on behalf of a private syndicate of investors, MK2 has successfully advised on the sale of Mill Wharf, Birmingham to the Woodbourne Group for £2,700,000 (Two Million Seven Hundred Thousand Pounds).  Having regeared the lease with the tenant JTL earlier in the year timing for a sale was right and Woodbourne Group were the obvious purchaser having nearby ownerships.
