Acting on behalf of a private investor MK2 has advised on sale of four mixed use residential and retail properties at Mill Street, Kidderminster to a local property company.  The properties extend to 20,306 sq ft with an income of £142,950 and tenants including Aga Ringmaster and Avanti Kitchens.  The property was sold for £1,240,000.
