Acting on behalf of Canal and River Trust, MK2 has recently advised on the acquisition of this newly developed prime food store in the affluent suburb Gosforth in Newcastle upon Tyne.

The property was developed for and let to Marks and Spencer Simply Food, with 19.5 years remaining on the lease.
