M&S Simply Food, Stamford

Acting on behalf of Wesleyan Assurance Society, MK2 has recently advised on the acquisition of a prime retail unit on the High Street in affluent Stamford.  The listed building is let to Marks and Spencer Simply Food, with just over eleven years remaining on the lease.

Price paid was £4,125,000 reflecting a net initial yield of 5.5%.
