Lodge Farm, Northampton

MK2 were appointed to refurbish 108,000 sq ft. industrial unit in Northampton ready for re-letting purpose. The project involved part new cladding, extensive strip out of previous tenants fit-out, new level access doors, yard repairs and complete office refurbishment. The project length was 18 weeks and the value was circa £1.2m with the works completed in December 2020.
