MK2 Real Estate have provided rent review and lease renewal advice to M&G Real Estate, the landlord of this 12 unit, circa 385,000 sqft industrial estate for some 10 years.

Unit 8 (30,615 sq ft) had a rent review in March 2020 where MK2 achieved a rental uplift of 18%.

We have recently concluded the October 2019 rent review on Unit 9 (25,265 sq ft) and a secured rental uplift of 21%.

We also acted on the April 2019 rent reviews on Units 5 and 15 (16,518 sqft and 83,192 sqft) and secured rental uplifts of 16% and 9% respectively.
