Acting on behalf of David Samuel Properties, MK2 has recently advised on the forward commitment funding of a new Welcome Centre at the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford.
Positioned at the main Hospital entrance, the centre will provide a new WH Smiths newsagent, M & S Food and M & S Cafe. Being developed by Larkstone Properties Ltd, construction has already commenced with practical completion anticipated for August 2015.
