MK2 Building Consultancy advised in the provision of a technical due diligence survey to support the purchase of a premises by our client in Leicester. MK2 reported on the newly constructed unit’s condition, compliance of the premises and reviewed legal documentation, such as the proposed lease for a new tenant and the boundaries of the land.

As well as an assessment of the proposed plans of a new tenant, we advised our client to ensure all queries were met and a smooth acquisition of the premises could occur.
