MK2’s lease consultancy team acted on behalf of specialist medical logistics company Medequip to secure a new 31,000 sq ft unit in Braintree, Essex.
The company signed a seven-year lease on Unit 2 Hyperion, a speculatively built industrial/warehouse unit at Horizon 120 Business & Innovation Park.
