Acting on behalf of the landlord, Nottingham City Council, MK2 advised in relation to a lease renewal with Co-operative Legal Services Limited on a detached office building of 16,000 sqft. A 10 year lease with a 5 year tenant break and rent review at a rent of circa £250,000 pa was agreed.
