Grow On Centre

MK2 were appointed to manage Grow on Centre in the final stages of construction. Our appointment included the mobilisation of the building post-handover including the production of a service charge budget. Since completion in October 2019, MK2 have appointed appropriate suppliers to assist with the running of the building, working in conjunction with the client and their preferred supplier chain.
