MK2 Real Estate’s lease consultancy team secured a 34% uplift in rent on a 90,000 sq ft distribution unit at Grove Park, Leicester.

The occupier, a fashion retailer, previously sub-let the unit from Unipart.

MK2 negotiated the surrender of the head lease on behalf of landlord Royal London Asset Management, agreeing a new five-year term with the tenant.
