Acting on behalf of the landlord, A&J Mucklow, MK2 advised on the January 2019 rent review on a 8,228 sq ft warehouse on Forward Park Trading Estate in Aston. A new rent of £52,000 per annum was agreed which reflects an 11% rental increase.
MK2 also advised on the September 2017 rent review of Unit C which comprises a 20,575 sq ft warehouse. A new rent of £118,310 was agreed which reflects a 23% rental increase.
