Acting on behalf of the landlord, A&J Mucklow, MK2 advised on the December 2017 rent review on a 51,742 sq ft warehouse at Flagstaff 42 in Ashby de la Zouch. A new rent of £272,500 per annum was agreed which reflects an 18% rental increase.
