Fire Insurance Valuation Portfolio

MK2 Building Consultancy were instructed to carry out Fire Insurance Valuations for re-build purposes for a privately owned property group, to six different sites. The sites consisted of 17 industrial units, 11 offices and a retail unit, which totalled over 575,000 sq ft and in excess of £100,000,000 in valuation.  The Fire Insurance Valuations were carried out within two weeks of instructions.
